Maintenance Supervisor 3rd shift
Seeking motivated individual with excellent leadership,
communication and organizational skills to supervise
personnel and related job activities on 3rd shift in
the Maintenance Department. Responsibilities include
evaluating the performance of personnel and ensuring
adherence to company policy; aiding in troubleshooting of equipment;
and scheduling, planning and closing work orders and PMIs.
A strong working knowledge of AB PLCs and advanced motor controls is preferred.
2+ years experience as a maintenance supervisor in a manufacturing environment
is required. The successful candidate must also pass a drug screen,
and a physical is required. American Castings offers an excellent benefit package,
