Castings from 30 to 2,000 pounds can be produced on one of our three molding units. Our large Herman Green Sand Automatic Tight Flask Molding Line provides a unique market niche in both size and speed without sacrificing dimensional control.
Our Automatic No-Bake Molding Unit is capable of producing castings up to 2,000 pounds at 10 molds per hour.
